Getting full Tesla data input into TeslaFi
Hello. Is there a way to get data from Mike 0 into TeslaFi. I began at about 800 miles after receiving the car and I would like to have full ownership history.
drive search -> can't edit note
Hello
I've tried to tag a drive.
So I used "Drives" -> "Drive Search / Download" -> Entered a start and an end date (both the same day) and all entries came up. Then I choose on one drive the notepad icon - the program jumped back to choose a date.

Very Basic Question
I joined TeslaFi as soon as I bought my Tesla, but I still can't figure out how to use it for the most basic information.
I just want to know my overall "mileage." That is, the total energy pulled from the grid and the total miles I've driven.
Can someone please help?
Add date and time parameter to TeslaFi API
When requesting data from the TeslaFi API, it would be nice to have the ability to query historical data as if data after my specified date and time hasn't happened yet.
Maybe something like this:
?command=lastGood&when=2019-03-01T00:00:00-04:00&token=TOKEN
Desktop App not showing any data
New user in trial mode. Do not get any data coming from the car after several days. Here is my raw data. There are 2 cars on my Tesla account but only one is active. The 185035 VIN is my actual car. The other one belongs to Tesla but they cannot seem to remove it from my account. Please advise how to get TeslaFi to work with my car. Thanks.
What to do when a vehicle goes in for service?
My car went in for service last week, and I had to disable data access.
I didn't want Teslafi to hit all kinds of errors, so i disabled logging.
BUT when I go to login to teslafi, I see a bit red box.
Was disabling logging needed?
i don't see a support doc on the matter.. if I missed it, I'd love to see a link posted.
regardless, what's the "best practice" regarding TeslaFi when putting my car in to the shop for a while?
Thanks!!
Firmware downgrade detected
Hi there. Over at Reddit someone detected a firmware downgrade shown on TeslaFi's Software Tracker. https://www.reddit.com/r/teslamotors/comments/b41plb/its_possible_to_downgrade_your_firmware/
Discussion ensued if this is even possible or rather a bug of TF. Any ideas?
Query by Autopilot version
We have query by model, but it would be very helpful to add query by Autopilot version. I.e. AP1; AP2; AP2.5; AP3.
