Offline & Logging disabled

andrewlathom 7 years ago 0

Could time periods when Offline and when logging is disabled be reflected separately in the daily summary? Perhaps with a minimum time period like the one for sending an email? And maybe with an option to merge them with an adjacent Idle or Drive event? Being able to merge consecutive Idle periods (usually split by a very short drive event) would be great as well. Thank you.

Enable/Disable Logging

andrewlathom 7 years ago updated by LyndonJE 5 years ago 2

Whenever I've manually disabled logging and then re-enabled it, there is a 15 min delay before my car's data feed resumes. Is there any way that can be reduced, or ideally, eliminated? When I disable it, polling stops right away. Couldn't enabling it trigger an immediate data request? Or am I missing something in Settings where this can be adjusted?

Also, could the logging status be displayed more prominently? I see the message all the way at the bottom after scrolling, but could that status be shown in the header? Perhaps with a "last polled time" if disabled and a "polling active since" time if enabled? And along with this, it would be awesome if the enable/disable functionality could be moved from the settings page to the header as well.

Thanks!

average speed

bak_phy 7 years ago 0

I think that it would make sense to show the average speed as weighted by distance rather than time.

That should give you a much better idea of the efficiency of the car at different speeds, since efficiency is determined per mile not per hour.

Auto-Tag with Auto-Note

tuna 7 years ago updated by indigex 8 months ago 1

Auto Tag is a superb option. It would be even better, if I could also add a auto note with that. I define my drive to worh with tag: "a" and note: "fza"; the way back with tag: "a" and note: "fnh". So the tag is the same, but the notes differ.

Amount of time spent on autopilot

Mitcheip 7 years ago updated by James 7 years ago 2

I'm not sure if it would be possible but can the amount of time/number of miles, in each drive, that autopilot has been used? It would also be interesting to see how many warnings "apply light pressure to steering wheel" people get. Something like warnings per mile/km driven on Autopilot. I never take my hands off the steering wheel but do get a lot of warnings to apply pressure. I would like to know if I'm "unusual" in this respect.

Average Speed Drive Effieciency

XeonSX 7 years ago 0

We already have temperature efficiency graph, very useful.  It would be great to also have average speed efficiency.  On some of my drives I average 10mph over 90min of driving, I suspect efficiency is poor but would really love to have aggregated stats for it.

Drive Notification

bartman4 7 years ago updated by James 5 years ago 3

I would like the option of getting a text or an email when a drive starts. I commonly talk with my wife when she's driving between her two offices. It would be great if I had the option to get an alert or an alert associated with departing a "favorite" location.

Break firmware tables down by their base code (Model 3 vs S/X)

scottf200 7 years ago updated by James 7 years ago 1

Can we have an option to see firmware and %s of just the S/X within the fleet?  Or perhaps an option on the display to exclude 3 (or Y or X or S).  Mainly I care about the firmware stats for the same firmware base as my car.
