Drive Notification

I would like the option of getting a text or an email when a drive starts. I commonly talk with my wife when she's driving between her two offices. It would be great if I had the option to get an alert or an alert associated with departing a "favorite" location.

This can be found in settings->notifications now.

This would be really useful to trigger some external systems when a drive is started (those trigs could be stopped through the completed drive notification that already exists)

I would like the same feature.  For all of our vehicles other than the Tesla, we use a product called Automatic, that is capable of alerting users when a car has started driving.

The Automatic product/service isn't compatible with Tesla, but I'd like the same capability somehow (e.g., so my wife gets a text message when I start the drive home).
