Disable and enable a schedule from the API

Hello.

Is it possible to disable and enable a schedule from the API? For those of us who have smart homes this is probably something that is desired.

Why do I have to continue to log back after periods(short) of inactivity

mickster 5 years ago updated by gmeyers 1 year ago 3

It sure does seem like I am constantly having to resupply my TeslaFi login credentials quite often. Sometimes it is required in a few short hours and sometimes longer. I wish this were controllable by a user setting. All of my devices that are used to access require unlock codes so security isn't an issue for me. Perhaps I am missing something that I didn't setup either. Ideas/comments are appreciated.

How to prevent charging upon plugging in for scheduled charge later

ikeprof 6 years ago updated by ajclarkin 5 years ago 1

Currently when I arrive home, I plug my car in and have it set to start charging at 5:00 AM, having estimated the time it will take to get to my desired SOC before I leave for work.

I want to use the TeslaFi schedules though.

If I turn off scheduled charging in the car itself, then it wants to start charging immediately upon plugging it in at home.  I have to hit "stop charging" on the screen each time.

Is there a way to do this via schedules or am I missing something

I currently am trying an idea where I schedule a "set charge limit" to 50% at 4:00 PM (during which time I should be driving home), then raising the charge limit to 90% at 5:00 AM along with a start charging command 1 minute later.

Is that a good way to do it or did I overlook something obvious?

Thanks

lock alert based on minutes since parked

tranzndance 6 years ago updated by James 5 years ago 2

The lock reminder saved me this morning since I forgot my fob in the car when I went in to work. Thank you for this feature!

Is it possible to make the alert based on minutes since the car was parked, rather than specifying a specific time? Currently, I have four schedules to remind me, but if I left the car unlocked between those times, then my car would stay unlocked for much longer. I suppose I can set a reminder for every hour in between, but if it's possible to have better granularity in alerts without explicitly making reminders, that would help. Thanks!

Can't mark a Supercharging session as free?

I have some supercharging miles and can't seem to find a way to display that as a cost saving for supercharging sessions.

Add default settings for locations

BjörnTM 6 years ago 0

Would it be possible to add a default template/settings page for locations? I would like the sleepmode disabled by default for example.

It would also be nice to be able to set idle-before-sleep timer per location.

Road Trip Summary - add start and end time

Tdreamer 6 years ago updated by dburkland 5 years ago 6

The Road Trip Summary feature is great.  It would be useful to enable the entry of a start time and end time in addition to the dates so that you can bracket the data to exclude any data not part of the road trip.  An example of why this would be useful is to exclude any personal driving data before commencing a business trip you might want to use this feature to document.  Or, if you are planning a multi-day road trip you want detailed stats for that begins in the evening, you want to exclude data the outside the trip itself on the day you leave and return.
