Can't mark a Supercharging session as free?

I have some supercharging miles and can't seem to find a way to display that as a cost saving for supercharging sessions.

I know of a location that is free that removing the cost or setting to 0 would not save for the tagged location. I have to set the charge record to 0.001 total cost to get it to save even though technically it's not free it doesn't round up to a penny
