speed accuracy ?

tony 4 years ago updated by risi@me com 4 years ago 3

I recently received a speeding ticket and the policeman said he clocked me at 120km/hr.   I was sure that I wasnt going that fast and when i checked my drive-log on teslafi i seems to indicate that I was traveling at no more than 108km/hr.  I would like to use this teslafi data in court ..  has anyone used it like this? how accurate is teslafi speed record? how is the sped data obtained ? (does it use gps location devided by time or is "speed" supplied as data from the car).  thanks for your help?

Consumption Reporting - KWh only option (remove range, etc) and remove "loss"

Demos 4 years ago updated 4 years ago 1

Could we get an option to remove range fields and the word "loss" from "KWH" headings (it's self evident, not required, and a bit negative).

For many like me the only figure that really matters is KWh and perhaps percent. Can we get an option to just focus on KWh with maybe Range reserved to a single "Range remaining" estimate.

It just seems harder than it should be to find and focus on the one figure that ultimately matters which is KWh, just as "Litres"matters for fuel. The other stuff is complimentary.

Is there a way to un-delete something?

ThrustSSC 4 years ago 0

I accidentally deleted a charge. I can see it by specifying ttps://www.teslafi.com/dayCharges.php?chargeNumber=172 but I can't undelete it so it's included in my summaries and the daily report.

Is there a way to do that?

I already did reset my tesla account password, but the error persists. Is this a bug with Teslafi or are Teslas server really not responding?

Can't see anything in support to explain what this means.

I receive SMS messages in HTML format which turns out to be junk. Is there anyway to receive my SMS in text format and not in HTML format?

Does TeslaFi have access to real time (or recent) costs per kWh for each supercharger station?

leesonis 4 years ago updated by TESLEV1 3 years ago 1

When planning a road trip and there are 5 superchargers I could choose to use en route, I'd rather charge at the $0.23/kWh stations than the $0.35/kWh stations, but for the life of me I can't find any sort of pricing to know in advance how much each station is charging per kWh.  Do you have access to that sort of data?  Would you be able to show "average kWh cost" for each supercharger station, or some sort of data that would let me see how much I could expect to pay if I were to charge at station A instead of station B or C?

Thank you.

show drive search summary only

spokey 4 years ago 0

I don't see any way (or any place) where I can get the equivalent of the drive search and download without the detail.  I'd like to see just the summary that is in the red boxes on the right.   For example, I want to see that information over the past 12 months, I have to wait (assuming it eventually get done I haven't been patient enough so far) forever for it to finish writing every drive to the screen.  Perhaps a checkbox for summary only where the check for download only is.

Battery Report showing pretty dramatic improvement in my Model 3's battery that has 46,519 miles on it

pbraren 4 years ago 0

I found it interesting to see a pretty dramatic improvement in my battery's projected range over the past 8,000 miles.

Given it's not a sudden, but instead a very gradual improvement, it doesn't seem to be merely an artifact of a firmware update.

Anybody else seeing such a change?
