Pie charts for charging (type & location)
I'm missing easy to glance charts within the charging section. It'd be awesome if AC/DC ratio was displayed as a pie-chart (that's also relevant for battery wear) and I'd find it very interesting to also see a pie chart of charging locations, eg. on which supercharger did I charge most etc.
Tagging of Idle Time
Hi there, it would be great to tag Idle time, so that Idle Time can be used to calculate business use as well as trips.
Cost column in an Idle Time entry
Hi there, it would be great to see a cost of Idle Time. Possible?
MPGe Question - Why So Little $$$ Savings In Huge MPGe vs MPG difference
I realize that the MPGe calculation is based on the energy equivalent of kWh vs a gallon of gas and that it is settable in the TeslaFi settings page.
So I understand that my most recent drive of 8.56 miles that used 2.69 kWh did so at 314 Wh/mile and that this translates to to 107.2 MPGe. Similarly, if my electrical rate is $ 0.25 per kWh, this translates to a cost of $0.67 for that drive.
Now, if I had driven my old gas car that had ~30 MPG, I'd have used ~0.285 gallons of gas which would have cost me $0.85.
What I am struggling with is the relatively negligible savings in the EV vs the ICE car, despite the more than 3x "MPG" difference. What am I not understanding?
Autopreconditioning definition
My car has started preconditioning but only when at work. Each time teslafi has a 1 in the autopreconditioning column. Is this the Tesla preconditioning or could it be a teslafi schedule. I have deleted all teslafi schedules now but the problem persists. What does the 1 denote?
Filter charges search by start and end percentage windows.
I would like to know how long it takes my car to go from 20% charge to 65% charge by looking at previous charges with a similar start and end range.
I'd like to specify a start % , start % window, and end% and end %window.
So specifying 20%+5%, and 65%+5% would show me past charges that started in the 20-25% range and ended in the 65-70% range.

Electricity usage when plugged in in extreme cold
I've noticed that even when my unheated garage drops below 20F, there's little to any battery range loss. I imagine this is because while plugged in, the car keeps itself warm through the outlet. However, it's unclear to me whether this is tracked in the daily usage or not. Does the app track ALL energy usage when plugged in or only what the car needs to charge?
Home Charging Rates... maybe I messed up?
Greetings,
I've had TeslaFi running every since I picked up my 2020 Model 3 LR AWD last June. I've set all home charging rates based on times to reflect off-peak savings. So far so good. Then COVID rates got temporarily set lower from my utility and I included that rate in the list and disabled the other rates only kept the one low COVID rate checked.
What I think I did wrong was switch from the tiered rate to the COVID flat rate since Dec 1. I didn't notice the "Set Pricing" option lower on that page. Am I right in assuming that I was supposed to SET the "Set Pricing" before switching rates, and every time we switch we have to Set Pricing when we switch? I'm thinking my 279 home charges "without set price" have been messed up.
I'd love some feedback on this and how I might be able to fix it.
Thanks in advance.
In the "Battery Report Beta" please show Temperature graph alongside the Battery Level
It would be really useful if you could please plot the outside temperature value on the same graph.
It would allow correlating temp vs range.
Please also allow the Excel export to export all data points for that range value, not just the range.
I am more interested in temp at the moment.
This should be an easy yet appreciated change
Thanks
