Display summary view of monthly totals within a calendar year or selected interval

berticus 4 years ago updated by Keelung 4 years ago 2

Under the Calendar view section, require a page that displays all monthly totals for the current calendar year. This would allow the user to at a glance see and compare driving or charging stats from month to month.

enhancement 1: Allow viewing previous calendar years

enhancement 2: Allow selection of a range (from month/year to month/year) to display

enhancement 3: Display graphs showing km logged per month, charging costs, average temperature

New Tesla API - will Teslafi stop to funktion?

oscfor 4 years ago updated 4 years ago 2

Tesla has stopped renewing tokens for v2 API. Will there be v3 support in the near future?

Answer
James 4 years ago

Hi,

TeslaFi has supported the v3 tokens since Dec 2nd.  All new tokens generated after that point are v3 tokens.

You can verify your token version by viewing Settings-Tesla Account where it will list the version near the top.

If you have a v2 token you'll want to generate a new token before your token expires so TeslaFi can refresh the token when needed as it's no longer possible to refresh the v2 tokens.

Emails are going to start going out today for users with v2 tokens close to expiring with a notice that a new token should be generated soon.

Thanks

Add UTC time stamps to downloaded raw data

Tinker2A 4 years ago updated by James 4 years ago 0

The raw TeslaFi Tesla API data uses the local time in the Date column. This makes automated processing error prone because the time stamp contains jumps because of daylight savings time and one has to guess which local time was used in the first place.

Please add a column with the UTC time for each sample. This make automated processing together with other data sources much easier and less prone to errors. Thank you!

Tesla 2FA Maximum Number of Devices - does that include devices used for TeslaFi login?

VValleyEV 4 years ago 0

Tesla 2FA instructions say I can have a maximum number of 2 registered devices. I currently have the Tesla IOS app installed on 2 phones (self and spouse). Does that mean I couldn’t login to TeslaFi on my iPad or elsewhere, because I have aleady maxed out on registered devices? I also have the Tesla IOS app installed on my iPad, although I don’t use it much there, so I might be willing to give up on that for 2FA.

"Next Installed Version"

The "Previous Installed Version" exists when clicking on a particular software version.

Consider adding a "Next Installed Version" that tracks what version you might be likely to get next?

Sleep Notifications

viaccess 4 years ago updated 4 years ago 2

For the last few days I have been receiving dozens of notifications: "[name of my car] has gone to sleep."

This is now two or three times each hour. I can't find any way to stop these notifications. Can anyone please help?

These can be turned off in Settings->Sleep Modes->TeslaFi Sleep Mode->TeslaFi Sleep Mode Notifications.
