Scale Site Based on Browser Size (mostly for Mobile/Responsive)
The site looks okay on my iPhone, but it could look better on mobile devices. Perhaps there's some best practices to pull in or a plug-in to more automatically refactor large amounts of content from desktop to mobile.
Support setting Charge on Solar
Now that we have Charge On Solar available, it would be nice to have Controls for "Charge on Solar" on / off, setting the solar charge level apart from the already-available top charge level.
This would allow, for example, using Schedules for starting a "grid charge" in the evening if "charge on solar" never reached the desired state of charge for the morning commute. This feature is missing from Charge On Solar but can easily be done via TeslaFi Schedules + Controls, if these extra controls are added.
Climate Presets for Auto Features
Add Options in dropdowns under Climate Presets for Auto Steering Wheel Heater and Auto Seat Heaters instead of None or a specific value. Allows settings to remain on Auto using preset options.
Import Navigation Destination from TeslaAPI and make avaible in TeslaFiAPI
Now the Tesla App shows Navigation destination when driving and ETA could this be pulled into TeslaFi and made accessible in the TeslaFi API?
This would enable some good automations for ETA when destination = Home in my use case
inside temperature graph
Can you add a tab that shows the historical graph of the inside cabin temperature?
Gas Price Updates
With the volatility of gas prices lately, it would be great if there was a way to automatically pull in average gas price for a selected zip code (from AAA or gas buddy, etc) as an option.
Fleet battery degradation by wheel size/type
It is possible I'm ignorant in this space, but my understanding is that wheel size will absolutely affect your maximum driving range, and these days the vehicles have options you can set in them to tell it the wheel size. Supposedly this adjusts your maximum range based on which size you input.
Because TeslaFi doesn't 'care' what wheel size you have or make fleet averages/calculations based on this wheel size, it would appear that your battery degradation is much worse than the average just because perhaps most users have smaller wheels and their averages are being calculated differently.
So being able to determine if your car has bigger or smaller wheels would let you filter cars with only the same wheel size as yours, giving you more accurate degradation numbers compared with cars that are actually similar.
set_charging_amps
Hi,
Any plans to add the ability to set charging amps now the the endpoint has been added in recent software and app packages?
Thanks
per drive safety score associated with teslafi drives
New tesla app api associates a safety score on a per drive basis. This data could be scraped and associated/displayed with teslafi drive records.
Table UI to enter supercharging costs
After a roadtrip (about the only time I ever use Superchargers), I want to be able to quickly enter all my SC costs. I'd really like to see the list of charges in a table format that I can just go in and enter all the costs in one fell swoop and then save. I'd like to do it by Total AND Charging fees. I want to record the actual total and the calculated total.
