set fix price for charging location

Is there a way to define a fix price for charging at a specific location? At work, I pay 5.-... either the charge

A lot of public chargers in the UK have a fixed price (£1 per charge)

I've run into this in a number of places.  It seems to be the lazy alternative to metering.  Something like $2 per session.
