Can you create a new schedule setting?

brianjw 5 years ago updated by James 5 years ago 0

In Florida it’s really humid and lately I’ve been having odor issues. Tesla Is going to do a cleaning and replace the filters but they recommended running the fan only on full blast for a few minutes after a drive to keep it clean. Are you able to create a schedule for running the fan only, and ideally a trigger called “after a drive has occurred”?

thanks!

Don't try to sleep when sentry mode is on

john2 5 years ago 0

I keep getting emails about the TeslaFi trying to allow the car to sleep, but sentry mode is on, so this just winds up skipping logging for 15 minutes, for no reason.  TeslaFi already knows that Sentry mode is on, so it shouldn't try to let it sleep because it never will.

Set charge limit based on exterior temperature at certain time.

ckfleming6 5 years ago 0

Lithium batteries exhibit additional wear when charging at moderately high, and very low, temperatures.  See attached: Battery Wear vs SOC and Temp

Would like the ability to set target charge percentages based on outside temperature at a certain time. For example: If outside temp is greater than 85F, or less than 35F, at 8:00 PM then limit SOC to 60%.  Else, set SOC to 80%.

Add destination only check box to auto-tag drives

nalla 5 years ago 0

Consider adding a check-box for called something like "Destination only" to the auto-tag rules, so the tagging only looks at the destination when determining how to tag. Then trips to the same destination are tagged regardless of the starting point.

Add round-trip option for auto tagging drives

Please consider adding a checkbox to auto-tag rules for round-trip, so two rules can be entered as one.

I want get notificatons: how many miles are charged at home..how many miles at a SC

kvbales 5 years ago 0

On teslafi I can see my total miles.  I want to be able to know my total miles charged at home..My total miles charged at SC.  I set the notification emails as a test at 10 miles.  (I want to really know every 700 miles.  I have not received notification emails yet.  I need to know the break down between charging at home and the SC.   Thank you.

More cowbell!

Actually, more efficiency charts, but I couldn't resist...

Any chance we can see an energy efficiency chart similar to the temperature efficiency, but as an option where the elevation chart shows up for each drive?

Would be nice to be able to add and remove overlay elements on the elevation chart such as: energy consumption, exterior temperature, conditioning target temperature, travel speed, and average road grade(3 data point running average)

Not sure too many other overlay types would be useful, but these would probably help foster an idea of generally how much efficiency is or is not effected by these generally controllable or observable conditions.

Next level would be to compare the same conditions against drives that are tagged the same, to possibly identify if there's an optimal route for a frequent trip.

Battery Report

cfscott 5 years ago 0

For the last several weeks, the charge report will show the charge to 80% stopped at 245 but the Tesla app and the car says 252. Any idea why that is?   Today showed a battery range of 305 but if I take the 252 and divide it my .8 I get 315 which is more in line with when I do a 100% charge.

Autopilot 3.0 Detection

SD RIck2 5 years ago updated by kkillebrew 4 years ago 4

I notice a conflict as under the option codes Teslafi lists AP30 but underneath all the codes there is a sentence all in bold...

TeslaFi has found your vehicle to have Autopilot version 2.5

Why the discrepancy?  Which is correct?

AP3 Is AP 2.5.  AP4 is AP 3.

That's just the way Tesla lists them in the option codes.
