Why the charger power displayed in the table but not in the graph?

Richard van den Berg 4 years ago 0

This happens when using a non-Tesla DC charger like IONITY. I find the Charger Power (or Battery Power) the most interesting metric to graph during chargers. While the data is available in the table the Charger Power is not graphed.

Speed notifications

rafiqdhanji 4 years ago updated 4 years ago 2

Can we add custom notifications based on the log data coming in? Particularly notifications when the speed exceeds a certain amount (e.g. over 130km/h)? This could create an excessive amount of notifications coming in so perhaps it could notify in the first instance per hour and send a summary log at the end of the day?

Raw data feed export for date range rather than just single day

StanMan77 4 years ago updated by James 4 years ago 0

Can we get a date range for the raw data feed? I wanted to export the raw data in a way so that I can manipulate it in Excel. I understand there might be some run time errors, but I would like to have this as an option

Drive Map with Custom Date Range?

jsmay311 4 years ago updated by James 4 years ago 1

I really enjoy being able to view the daily, monthly, and lifetime maps.

However, I think it would be an improvement if it was possible to view maps with custom date ranges as well so that users could, for example, view a drive map for a road trip that spanned multiple days.

Would that be possible?

Hi,

This can be found in the drives menu under Road Trip Search.

Missing 2018 drives...

krelltunez 4 years ago updated 4 years ago 3

I went to my "lifetime" map and discovered I'm missing all my old drives.  I've been on TeslaFi since day one owning the car.  Despite that, TeslaFi is only showing drives totaling 9,695 miles - while my car has 14,625 miles on it.  The value of TeslaFi goes WAY down if my data is being purged/lost.  Can anyone explain this?  I checked and according to TeslaFi, my data is supposed to be retained for as long as my account is active.

Large kWh Loss while Sleeping-Seems Very Strange

jmschmidt1 4 years ago updated 4 years ago 0

Last night, TeslaFi reported 6 hours sleep time for my new Model Y. It also showed nearly 1 kWh loss, a huge amount relative to kWh losses during other sleep sessions where loss is minimal. For instance, the night before, car slept nearly 14 hours and only lost .1 kWh. Something isn't right.  Any thoughts?  Thank you.
