Where does Teslafi show my vehicles VIN number?

I can not find a page that displays my VIN. I would have expected to find it on the account settings page close to the token.

Email notification when charging starts and charge limit is set above 90

robertquast 6 years ago 0

Just over charged to 100 for first time so maybe won’t happen again, but got home late and forgot to lower charge limit back down after long trip. Would be nice to have a notification option to email when set above 90 after plugging in. Ty

Export log file

When displaying the log file, an option is needed to export to a local file. This file can then be used to send to your technical support for review of any odd behavior.

How do I show the difference between Free L2 and paid Supercharging at a Tesla service center?

scott@scottmroberts com 6 years ago updated by James 6 years ago 1

At my local Tesla service center (Dublin, CA) there is both supercharging and L2 charging. The L2 charging is free, and the supercharging is at normal rates. How can I account for both rates? I tried editing the L2 charging record, but setting the cost to 0.00 didn't change anything....

ACSingleWireCAN

pjw65 6 years ago updated by James 6 years ago 1

The last charging report says I charged on ACSingleWireCAN.

What does this mean?

I was charging at home using the new Tesla charger on 3 Phase 230V 11kW, and Teslafi shows this correctly. Thanks.

I have not completely figured it out.  It appears to show the same for three phase and single phase AC charges so it's not of much use.

Is it possible to change how activities on a day are displayed?

ibdb3 6 years ago updated by James 6 years ago 4

I have a paid account for my Model S, and was using a trial initially for my new Model 3. The Model 3 displays the first drive of the day at the top, and all other activities then fall in order lower on the screen. The Model S displays the most recent activity at the top and the first activity of the day at the bottom of the screen -- exactly the opposite of the 3.

There's an arrow to the left of the "Sleeps" checkbox, but it doesn't change anything. I can't find any settings that might affect it other than that.

Running the most recent version of Chrome, but I've noticed this behavior for some time.

3 phase charging - slightly misleading metrics

Siggy101 6 years ago updated 6 years ago 3

I have noticed that TF doesn't seem to support/understand 3 phase AC charging quite right.

I am currently charging at 5A on 3 phase 240V AC.  TF is reporting that I am charging at 4kW which is correct but it is showing 240V at 5A which is not quite correct.  Really, it would be more correct if it would show either '240V at 15A' or '400V at 5A'.

Do you think you can develop a little modification to let it show 3 phase charging voltage, amperage and kW correctly according to my suggestions above?

why is teslafi so slow

crommerts 6 years ago 0

In general I find Tesla slow when navigating from one tab to another (as it is slow loading) but quite often my data is rebuilding (so need to refresh screen frequently to get the full/latest information). Is it just me? Is it a slow server? Or ?
