Consider creating an ios/android app that uses bluetooth connectivity events to signal to the backend to start/stop data logging
Teslafi is always pinging the car. It sometimes decides to 'let the car sleep' but most of the time it seems nothing happens and the car does not fall asleep.
Alternatively you could deploy a small ios/android app that received bluetooth connectivity events that once the phone has a bluetooth connection with the car to start the data logger for the vehicle.
Alternatively you could just alter the polling frequency. I'm fine with Teslafi to ping the data API's every 15 of 60 minutes and when it detects via the app that I'm in the car to then poll every minute or maybe even more frequently.
An app that monitors bluetooth connectivity on Android is for example Flitsmeister: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=nl.flitsmeister

Model X rarely sleeping since 48.12.1
My model X (100D, Sept 2017 build) usually sleeps for more than half the day and vampire drain is usually around 1%, as expected. For the past week (since firmware was updated to 48.12.1), it has rarely slept -- going without any sleep for 4 days, and twice sleeping for about 7 hours each time. The vampire loss is at about 3% per day. Sitting in my garage in the mid-50's F. My model 3, sitting right next to it and on same firmware version, has had no trouble sleeping and vampire losses are low.
I've changed my Tesla password and generated a new Teslafi token to ensure there is no other app accessing the car. I've rebooted the car. We are keeping our Tesla app closed on the phones. I believe I have all my Teslafi sleep settings the same as I've always had them (except I have now played with stop polling for 30 minutes and only wait 10 min of idle before trying again.) All 3 boxes are unchecked under the Try to Sleep Requirements. On the car settings, Energy Saver is on, always connected is off, and there is no pre-conditioning nor overheat protection.
As I understand that Teslafi can't make the car actually sleep, it can only suspend polling to facilitate sleep, I would think something is amiss with my car. However, I totally suspended all logging by Teslafi last night for over 11 hours, and when I resumed this morning, there had been a loss of only 1.2 miles -- which is great! This makes me back reconsidering whether I need to make further adjustments in my Teslafi settings.
I am wondering if any one else is experiencing this? Are there any new changes I should make to my settings for the Model X due to the latest firmware update?

New home rate
My home electric rate has changed. Would it be possible to add a date change so that when calculating savings and home costs, it would be more accurate? I was showing about $13 in home costs and now it's about $18 just by changing the rate. But I didn't want the past cost to change

Enhance software detail page to include previous car software version
It would be helpful to include each car's previous software version in the detailed list of all cars updated to a given software version. This would provide the same information shown in the Latest Fleet Updates page, but for all cars updated in a given release. This would be interesting information to look for patterns in what versions cars are being upgraded from for a specific version.

Supercharger stats
Would be handy to be able to select a super charger and see historic charging history. The new Auckland New Zealand super charger is hopeless and all I can put it down to is time of day so would be good to get more stands from something like Teslafi. I found when I charged outside of business hours its been fine 120kw nearly and during business hours, its been like 40-80kw. Are you able to pull any stats?

Report on missing charge / discharge sessions
Unavailability of Tesla API or 4g connectivity to car sometimes means the whole drives or charging sessions are missed. There is nothing we can do here from data collection point of view however we can report it better, especially charges. Polling failures normally don't last too long so it may be fairly accurate to report before and after SOC values and extrapolate what happened when the car was not reachable. This is especially useful for SuC I use that's underground and connectivity is often lost completely. I now have incomplete summary of charging and haven't got a good idea how many KWh I received. At the very least it would help if I knew how many battery % points have I gained and lost.

extend calendar view
i often use the calendar view to check some drives i made.
i would like to also have a yearly overview (like the monthly one already available) and an overall overview.
especially to see how much miles/kilometer i drove in a year or how often i charged in a year/overall at home/supercharger/destibation charger.

Dedupe leaderboard usernames
I use the leaderboard to get a "real world" estimate of how far others can drive on a single charge. However, some users who often take the same route, with significant elevation decreases, show up multiple times on the leaderboard. Would be great if there could be an option to 1) dedupe users so only the top distance of each user is shown and 2) see more than just the top 20 results.

Total kWh Added - non supercharger and total
Could we get a "Total kWh Added" for the non-supercharges and a "Total kWh Added" for all charges combined, both supercharging and non-supercharging? Currently there is only a total for supercharging.
