When this message is displayed in the Raw Data Feed it means that the request for data from Tesla to the vehicle has taken to long and timed out. This usually occurs when there is poor internet connectivity through cellular or wifi.
If you see this message often you should check that your wireless router is close enough to the vehicle at home. In some instances a reset of the vehicle's computer can also resolve the issue by holding down both scroll wheels on the steering wheel until the screen restarts.
