I notice the sessions sometimes override each other. Especially if you don't click remember me on every login. I can usually get my phone to persist since I use the site on it the most. Other browsers I need to log in and next time on phone it asks again. Often never saves in car though other sites seem to have cookies stored
Edit: seems ok now, probably didn't try since the login page update.

agreed, something was fixed to make this work better recently - have finally stayed logged in now.

Yes, check "Remember Me" at login and accept / do not delete cookies from this site
