MYSQL errors when editing a tagged location

Clicked on tagged location which brought up the edit window which gave MYSQL errors. I was still able to edit the tag, however when I saved it I received:

Warning: mysqli_fetch_array() expects parameter 1 to be mysqli_result, null given in /home/tesla/public_html/check.php on line 8
