Add initial connection fee to charges

I changed the column for charges to show as "Options".  

I did wonder about that, but, it's in a column labelled "Delete" so I didn't want to try it in case it deleted the record.  Might I suggest a re-labelling of that box? 

Also, it would nice if you could add a "connection fee" as a separate entry in the charger "address" box, i.e. £3 connection fee then £0.17 per kWh.  In many ways that would be even better.

You can manually add/change the cost using the $ icon located on each charging session in the day view.
