Why are US Highland Model DMs showing with LFPs?

NCJayG 5 months ago updated 4 months ago 10

There are several Highlands in the US that are reporting as: 3 Long Range DM LFP you can tell they are Highland's as they are HW 4.  But as an owner of Highland M3 DM I know there's not an LFP battery in that car.  Now we also have Highland RW LR too.  Can you please get the models clarified?  Right now, I show as no other cars in the US are configured like mine, and I'm betting that's not the case, they've just been mislabeled. I've marked mine has Highland M3 Long Range.

Please correct the options for the Highland.  Thanks!

So, for the first time since I signed up, I now see my car listed in the fleet.

My car should be reflected in the list below for Version 2024.20.10 and it is not. In fact, the only thing showing up for Highland model 3s are the Performances.  Please get the data for the Highland models in the United States squared away.

Perhaps they're moving in the right direction, but oddly I see another car like mine listed in the US, but still I get no cars like yours for the stats.

I have a Highland LR RWD also and have been using Highland LR. I just noticed this evening that there's now a Highland LR RWD entry but it doesn't work right.

Curious to know if yours is working right yet.  Mine simply does not show up anywhere in any of the fleet records I got a software update today, and it's not visible in the logs.

I have a Highland RWD LR. There is not setting available.

Have you checked again?  I see the following:

Yes, that appeared recently and I've been using that for the last day. Originally it had a problem with staying selected and with all energy readings being zero but that is now fixed.

I have set the kWh & Wh/m(km) Factor to 0.8 to make the energy figures agree with the car display.

Also have LR RWD. I'm not understanding why the energy figures change when I switch from Highland LR to the new LR RWD. The info I have seen says the packs are identical so the %/kWh ratio should be identical.

I agree.

I don't know how TeslaFi is deriving the energy figures. The battery percentages and miles consumed agree with the car. It seems as if the profile has the incorrect battery capacity configured.

I also measured the AC energy into the car and with the 0.8 factor that matches the expected amount.
