Plug In Reminder - is there a way to set this regardless of SoC%?

I'm trying to make sure the charger is connected on Saturday nights for a long Sunday trips. I simply need for TeslaFi to check to see if the charger is connected at Saturday night, and if not, send me an e-mail.

Looks like a simple use case but I'm not able to get this to work. TeslaFi insists that it only sends message if the charger is connected already, which doesn't make sense to me.

Advise please?
