Schedule heaters etc in certain outside temp

Wish there could be an option where you could schedule if outside temperature is under som degrees then it would turn on max defrost, seatheater, steering wheel heater. I dont wish they would come on in every schedule because if its +10° i dont need seat, defrost etc on
