Send sentry mode emails when it is activated/deactivated for any reason

Currently sentry mode emails are only sent if TeslaFi enables sentry mode. I would like them to be sent when sentry mode is enabled or disabled for any reason. If I forget to enable sentry mode I will then be able to determine when the car was unprotected.
