Software Tracker Bar Graph

Seems like people use this tool as gospel for why their car is out of date.  Instead of showing 1-2 cars on a factory build in the 10 version history, recommend showing the 10 releases with the highest percentage of fleet cars on them.  This will allow “older” software versions to come back into view and put software rollouts into perspective.  Because of scaling, it can look like 80% of cars are on a new build, when really there are just as many out of view.
