I have a different electric rate schedule form the utility company from October through March. IIs there any plan to support  rates base by date.

Just to give a better idea what my rates are. We actually have a negative rate in the winter evenings due to a rebate. 


April through September:
5am-11pm.118
11pm-5am.068
October through May:
5am-11pm.048
11pm-5am-.002
