Max Charging speed over time

Would be nice to see how the max charging speed, especially on DC Supercharger would possibly change.

Can help to analyse to find out some problems or if with an update the limits are changed (known Model S issue)

But please keep in mind, that Model 3 charges before the startdate of SuC V3 would hav a max. speed of 150 kWh
