Alert for long climate usage during an idle

With the new Keep Climate On feature, it would be good to have a feature to allow the user to receive an alert if climate is left on during an idle session for more than X minutes. Today after removing my napping kid from the car, I left it on and tonight found the car had 30 miles left after needlessly heating the car all day in cold weather.
