Not being notified of new software appearing

I receive email notifications on Sleep modes and I had also tested Drive Summaries, which worked fine. However, I've always had New Software Alerts checked, but have never received a notification so far, despite having gone through 5 versions. I know other people get notified as they post about new versions on TeslaFi, but for some reason, I don't get anything.
