what are the units of the charge rate field?

When looking at the charging details table, for the charging rate field, what units is that? It does not appear to be kph, nor kWh. Can someone clarify?

miles per hour or m/h also for Europe (metric), only the TeslaFi's charging graphics do show in km/h for Europe. All a little confusing.
