Turning off email notifications

I set them up initially to understand what they do but now don't find the notifications to be of value.  I have gone into the Settings --> Notifications but I am not seeing anything to uncheck or otherwise turn the email notifications off.  I am specifically referring to "tried to sleep" "did not got to sleep" etc.  Can someone explain how I turn those off?  Thanks!@
