Autopilot 3.0 Detection

I notice a conflict as under the option codes Teslafi lists AP30 but underneath all the codes there is a sentence all in bold...

TeslaFi has found your vehicle to have Autopilot version 2.5

Why the discrepancy?  Which is correct?

AP3 Is AP 2.5.  AP4 is AP 3.

That's just the way Tesla lists them in the option codes.

Clarification, Teslafi reports APH3, not AP30 as stated in my original post.

In any event, and more curious is that the forum mentions evidence of HW3 is that the on board video recordings use the H.265 codec which mine does and apparently 2.5 does not.

So, is Teslafi sure that I have 2.5 not 3.0?  Is there another way to confirm?

I have the most recent everything on my 2019 MS 100D LR -  2019.40.1.1 HW3 MCU2 FSD and my car has always used h.264 and still does.
