Average Amperage on Home Charging is 0

Multiple of my charge entries at home look like this:

Avg Amps - 0A
Max Amps - 30A

My UMC provides 40A changing and I have it lowered to 30. The raw charging data shows I got 30 except for a ramp up, so why is average 0?

This has been corrected. I put in a change to reflect for multiple phases but did not account for the API to return "None".
