Remove older software versions that have less than 1% of vehicles

Older versions of software that show less than 1% of vehicles should be removed from the list.  Especially ones that are from last year.

if the vehicles are actually active, then include the versions but maybe aggregate into some kind of “all other” category

If the vehicle hasn’t communicated within the last 6, or maybe 12 months, then it should be excluded from Fleet stats.   Should the vehicle check in, then resume including its data.  I wonder if some of these vehicles still exist?
