Home charging electrical cost

My home electrical cost varies each month based on usage. Is there a way to enter my average kWh cost for a date range and have it applied for all charges at my home during that time frame?

It would be good to setup home charging rate profiles. We have summer and winter rates in net metering - time-of-use pricing that changes twice a year. Being able to specify that would be very useful.
