Jump to a specific month in the calendar view

Peter_M 6 years ago updated by mkolowich 6 years ago 6

If I want to look at the one-month calendar for 6 months ago (e.g. to look up exactly when I went on some particular trip), I have to open the calendar for the current month and then hit "Previous Month" 6 times and wait for the calendar to load each time. It would be nice to be able to select a year and month in the calendar view directly.

Hooray!  Fantastic addition, James.  I like how you display the number of drives in the drop-down, too.

To work-around that I right-click and open-in-new-tab/window

But, yeah, its a pain. I'll like to see the STATE in the URL so that BACK works more effectively on lots of screen, and can put a URL in favourites, etc.

I had to go back nearly 18 months to find a specific drive yesterday, it took ages ... :(

I was about to enter a feature request on this, and see it's already here.  The issue is that after you open a specific date in calendar view, returning to calendar view resets the calendar to the current month, and it's necessary to slowly click month by month to get back to the month you want to view.  Huge time sink, and probably chews up a lot of CPU having to render all those intervening months!

Yes, Had to look back on the date when I first started using teslafi. the button is there for previous month and next month. Should be easy or even a URL that opens up another tab for month view.

This gets to be more of a problem the longer you own the car, of course :)
