Battery report seems to have stopped updating..

My battery report seems to have stopped reporting since 10/21/18. I have had several completed charges since then, which shows up in the charges, but are not included in the battery report. Is the battery report real time or does it only update once in a while? I have tried rebuilding the charge reports.

Only charges that TeslaFi captured a data point with 'complete' will show up on that report.  For example the following charge will not show up:

A charge that contains the 'complete' response will show up:

Without TeslaFi obtaining the last data point showing complete there's no way of knowing if that last charging data point was 89.7%/90% or 89.9%/90% so it doesn't provide a baseline for the report.

It's best to wait one minute after the charge is complete before disconnecting.  The longest it would be is one minute until TeslaFi polls for data again and obtains the complete point.  Most of the time it's less.
